The Holy Land. 26th May 2009.
Led by the Bishop of Hertford the Rt. Revd Christopher Foster and the Revd Sally Foster, and by the
Archdeacon of Bedford the Venerable Paul Hughes and the Revd Liz Hughes.

This pilgrimage, of nine nights duration, aims to offer a varied experience for those travelling for the first time and also for pilgrims returning to the Holy Land.

Major important locations such the Mount of Olives, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Bethlehem and the Galilee will be visited, but there will also be space to plan one's own local visits and to pause for reflection. Some of the less frequented biblical sites such as Banyas and Kursi will also be visited.

The Passion Play, Oberammergau: 23rd August 2010led byones

(Pease note that the tour scheduled for departure on 5th June 2010 is now sold out.)

A new tour has been scheduled for departure on 23rd August 2010. This will be led by the Archdeacon of Hertford the Venerable Trevor Jones, and by Mrs Sue Jones. Five nightsd will be spent in the village of Maria Alm, with optional visits, e.g,. to a Mozart concert, to the lakes and mountains, and to local markets, and a transfer will then be made to Oberammergau to see the Passion Play at the end of the tour.
